In-house work for Aviva writing articles, scripts, campaign copy, social posts, and UX copy, with a strong focus on good content design. Articles written were (mainly) mid-funnel content and engagement campaigns, planned alongside SEO, to attract new customers to the website and move them through the decision journey.

  • Hero - web copy for the ‘A game’ campaign, driving consideration for Aviva’s health insurance product.

  • A long-form article on Britain’s DIY habits and how home insurance can protect you against DIY accidents.

  • ‘Aviva Experts’ homepage - a video-led campaign designed to help people manage their money during the cost of living crisis. I wrote scripts for the videos posted on web and social, as well as the copy, CTAs, and content design on the website.

  • Social posts promoting Electric Vehicle insurance, pension education, and flood-proofing tips.

  • B2C and B2B creative promoting private and corporate health insurance.

  • The landing page for the nationwide ‘Make it click’ campaign.

  • An alcohol units calculator designed to bolster Aviva’s brand image as a leader in the private medical insurance space.
